One Time Content Communication

In a nutshell: By registering to receive this content, Platomics GmbH processes your personal data (name, email address, employer, and position) solely for the purpose of preparing, providing, and delivering the content to you. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the technical provision and transmission of the content, we may use external service providers as processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Purpose & Content
Your name, e-mail address, and, if you provide them, your company name and position will be processed if you register to receive content. We process your personal data for the following purposes: to prepare and provide the requested content or webinar, to communicate with you in connection with your registration, participation and access(including confirmations, access links, and technical information), and to manage performace, follow-up and technical support.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Retention & Processing
In general we store your data 7 years.

We use HubSpot as an email delivery service. HubSpot acts as processor under contract and processes data only upon our instructions. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. Moreover, for the technical delivery and administration of the content, we may engage external service providers (e.g., webinar platforms). These service providers act as processors under Article 28 GDPR and process personal data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our written instructions.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB).

Sales Communication
